When you use the contact form, we request your name, email address, type of enquiry and the message you choose to send. No special categories of personal data are requested.
3. How the data is used
The data is used only to respond to enquiries, provide information about pieces, availability, prices and commissions, consider collaborations or integrations into spaces, and manage communications arising from your request.
Data submitted through the form will not be used to send unsolicited advertising or newsletters unless a separate, voluntary option is introduced in the future.
4. Legal basis
When you request information, a quotation, availability or a commission, processing is necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps requested by you. For other voluntary enquiries, the legal basis is your consent when submitting the form.
5. Form provider
El formulario utiliza Web3Forms as the technical provider used to process and forward enquiries to the 53 Design Lab email address. Its documentation states that its servers are located in the US-East region of the United States and that technical logs containing personal information may exist for a limited period.
Before final publication, the provider’s processing terms and safeguards applicable to international data transfers will be reviewed. If the service or its terms change, this policy will be updated.
6. Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, 53 Design Lab uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to obtain statistics about use of the website. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details of the technologies used and their retention periods.
7. Retention
Enquiries will be retained for as long as necessary to respond and manage any relationship arising from them. They may then be retained, with appropriate restrictions, for the periods required to address possible legal liabilities.
8. Recipients
Your data is not sold or disclosed for commercial purposes. Essential technical providers may have access to it, such as the form provider and email services, subject to their respective data-protection obligations.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, where applicable, by writing to hola@53designlab.com. You may also withdraw consent previously given without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
10. Security and changes
Reasonable measures are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. This policy may be updated when the services used, applicable law or the operation of the website change.
